At LVMH Watch Week 2025, Zenith presented an unprecedented skeleton version of the Defy Skyline Chronograph, powered by the El Primero manufacture calibre 3600SK.
Zenith enriches the Defy collection with the new Skyline Chronograph Skeleton, available in blue or black, presented during LVMH Watch Week 2025. This new chronograph is powered by the high-frequency manufacture calibre El Primero 3600SK (36,000 vibrations per hour, 60-hour power reserve, rescapement wheel and silicon anchor, column wheel), capable of measuring tenths of a second chrono via the central pointer.
The 42 mm octagonal steel case, with its characteristic 12-facet bezel, encloses a very attractive dial. The perforated geometric pattern, inspired by the 'Double Z' logo of the 1960sIt blends with the three blued grey skeletonised counters, creating a striking three-dimensional effect. The applied hour markers and hands, coated with SuperLuminova, guarantee perfect legibility.
In the supplementary counters, chrono seconds (at 3), chrono minutes (at 6) and continuous seconds (at 9) are visible. Protecting the dial is a sapphire crystal, which has undergone an internal and external anti-reflective treatment.

The El Primero 3600SK calibre: precision to the tenth of a second.
The IWC-manufactured El Primero 3600SK calibre is one of the latest evolutions of Zenith's famous high-frequency chronograph movement.
Its peculiarity, as mentioned earlier, is to measure and visualise the chronographic measurement to 1/10th of a second, thanks to an operating frequency of 5 Hz (36,000 vibrations per hour).
The central seconds hand then makes one complete rotation every 10 seconds, offering a precise and spectacular reading of fractions of time. The movement is also visible through the sapphire glass back.
Versatility is ensured by the interchangeability system: The integrated three-link steel bracelet can in fact be easily exchanged for a matching rubber strap (included in the package), decorated with the Zenith star motif and with a folding buckle.
Water-resistant to 10 atmospheres, the new Zenith Defy Skyline Chronograph Skeleton is available exclusively in Zenith boutiques, on the Zenith website and from authorised dealers.
