The fifth edition of Watches Of Italy, an exhibition/market dedicated to Italian watchmaking production, will take place on 5 and 6 October.
With the Municipality of Novi Ligure (AL) as sponsoring body, the fifth edition of W.O.I. - Watches Of Italy, first national exhibition/market dedicated to Italian watchmaking production and its supply chain associated. This year the event will be held, for the first time, at the Museo dei Campionissimi in Novi Ligurelocated in Viale dei Campionissimi, on the days of Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October 2024. Admission is free, opening hours from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Last year, the fourth edition of W.O.I. - Watches of Italy was attended by over 5,000 visitors, who were able to see and touch many new products, meet the manufacturers directly, as well as being able to purchase watches and accessories on site. Watches Of Italy, whose main objective remains to highlight Italian ingenuity, also proves to be the ideal setting for launching world premieres. Last year's many presences, including established and emerging realities, are confirmation that Italian watchmaking is more alive than ever and has much to tell and show.
Watches Of Italy: first exhibition dedicated exclusively to Italian watchmaking
Formed in 2019, W.O.I - Watches Of Italy was born from the idea of creating a container dedicated to Italian watchmaking companies.
The aim of W.O.I. - Watches of is to become, over time, a springboard for all Italian watch companies. And act, at the same time, as a community for the sector's operators, to trigger synergies, collaborations and create a real network dedicated to Italian watchmaking.
The aim, therefore, is to create a network and to organise, on a regular basis, sharing and promotional events such as exhibitions, rallies, presentations and new model launches. In this way, start-ups and micro-brands will be able to present themselves directly to enthusiasts, collectors, the trade media and the general public. Finally, for the fifth consecutive year W.O.I. - Watches Of Italy also emphasises solidarity, supporting "Friends of the Smile O.D.V." (formerly 'Amici del 4° Piano'), a voluntary association that takes care of play and recreational activities for children in the oncohaematology and paediatric surgery ward of the Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia.
