From the collaboration between Unimatic and Grimoldi Milano, one of the brand's first retail partners in the world, based under the arcades of Piazza Duomo, comes the U1-GM diver's watch, in a limited edition of 100 pieces. A distinctive feature of the new timepiece is the orange colour, which first appeared on the dial of many models made in the 1970s. It is used on the new timepiece not only on the dial but also on the rubber strap, which can be exchanged for a black Nato strap, sold together with the watch. The legibility of the time indications is ensured by the use of white SuperLuminova BGW9 for hour markers and hands, and by the double-domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal that offers the best performance in all light conditions. The brushed steel case, guaranteed water-resistant to a pressure of 30 atmospheres, has a crown on the left and a screw-down case back personalised with the Unimatic x Grimoldi engraving and individual progressive number. At its heart is an automatic movement, calibre NH35A, with 21,600 vibrations per hour and a 41-hour power reserve.
