TAG Heuer - Monaco V4 Phantom

At Baselworld 2015, TAG Heuer presented the new Monaco V4 Phantom, characterised by the black colouring of its elements, starting with the 41 x 41 millimetre case made of ultra-light, carbon-matrix composite material already used on the Carrera Calibre 1887 Chronograph. The seven bridges, visible from the dial side, are also made of the same material, while the plate, screws, hands and indexes are sandblasted and coated with titanium carbide. It uses the famous belt-driven automatic mechanical movement with a linear oscillating weight. The dial is exposed to the movement and shows only the supplementary indication of the small seconds, by means of a black hand (also sandblasted and coated with titanium carbide), visible at 4 o'clock. The strap, made of crocodile leather, is black and is associated with a titanium carbide-coated folding clasp, equipped with a double safety pusher.
