More and more Live

L'Orologio's next Instagram feed is on 28 September at 7pm, in collaboration with Seiko.

2020 was an annus horribilis, needless to say. In fact, it would be nice to forget it. But it has had one merit: that of pushing us to find new means of feeling close.

For me, it meant giving life to this weekly newsletter, which allowed me to stay in close contact with both the magazine's readers and watch industry professionals. And then, experimenting with the language of social media, especially that of Instagram, and testing myself with the tool of 'live', in which I proposed live Instagram interviews with the protagonists of watchmaking.

They were conversations without patterns, each carried out where he or she was (sometimes even in the car), on topics that arose in the moment.

Like all media, live Instagram has evolved, and we with them. That's why we have devised a more elaborate format, which allows us not only to offer a talk between two people, but also to show the watches being talked about at the same time, something that was very much appreciated during the first such event last March.
