The Firshire collection is one of the best-known within the Paul Picot production range, having housed, over the years, different types of watch movements, from the classic three-ball, through chronographs to ultra-thin. The Double Moon Phase version, seen here, offers a moon phase display (at 9 o'clock) in the two terrestrial hemispheres, North and South. Completing the dial (available in silver, blue and ivory tones) are Dauphine hands, applied geometric indices, small seconds at 6 o'clock and a circular date window at 3 o'clock. The 41 mm steel case is paired with an alligator strap with a folding clasp and is fitted with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal to protect the dial. The watch is powered by the PP 1260 calibre, which is mechanical with automatic winding and visible through the sapphire glass porthole on the case back. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 3 atmospheres of pressure.
