Oris Aquis Date Upcycle to protect the oceans

In addition to supporting various organisations that support social and environmental causes, Oris is committed to reducing the environmental impact of everything it produces, be it a strap, a box or paper materials. It is in this context that, as part of its "Change for the Better" mission, it presented the Aquis Date Upcycle, in which the dial is made of recycled PET plastic. This very feature makes each dial unique and different from the next, as the PET plastic recycling process provides for random colour combinations. A watch that carries with it an awareness message to reduce the presence of plastic in the oceans, conveyed - and not by chance - through its famous diver's watch. With all the features of a professional diver: water resistance to 300 metres, unidirectional rotating bezel with grey ceramic insert, indexes and hands with SuperLuminova, steel bracelet with extendible buckle so it can also be worn over a wetsuit. With a steel case, it is available in two sizes, 41.5 and 36.5 mm, and is equipped with an automatic movement, Oris calibre 733, based on the Sellita SW 200-1.
