Omega launches its first online sales platform. Exclusive to the US market, the
Speedmaster, Seamaster, Constellation and De Ville collections can now be
purchased directly through the Maison's website.
Raynald Aeschlimann, President and CEO of Omega expressed his enthusiasm for the
benefits for both the brand and its consumers: "Omega, by offering the possibility
of online shopping in the US, he is now able to reach his fans in every corner of the country. There will be no geographical restrictions, which will make us more easily reachable. E-commerce is growing rapidly in the luxury sector and many of today's consumers use it as their primary mode of purchase.
The brand will continue to develop its network of boutiques, still considered a part
important of the shopping experience. In any case, the launch of e-commerce adds
a further option to meet consumer needs.
Although the US was chosen as the launch market for online sales,
Omega expects more countries to be added in the near future.
