Designed by Henri d'Origny in 1991, the Cape Cod by Hermès continues to evolve in numerous variations. In its latest evolution, its tonneau case is declined in steel with black DLC treatment, which, in combination with the dark shade of the matt dial, gives this version the nickname "Shadow". The shadow effect is further emphasised by the ruthenium-coated hands. The double-turned Barenia calfskin strap is black, with a single note of red on the edges. The movement is quartz.
