This new Ludwig neomatik therefore presents itself in two versions, with a steel case of 36.4 or 38.5 millimetres. The white enamel dial has bar and Roman numeral indices, with the 'XII' in red, symbolising the urgency of humanitarian aid. At 6 o'clock is the inscription 'Ärzte ohne Grenzen', meaning 'Doctors Without Borders' in German.

The movement used is the ultra-thin manufacture automatic calibre DUW 3001 (3.2 mm thick, 21,600 vib/h, 43-hour power reserve), visible from the back side, thanks to the adoption of a sapphire crystal. The finishing is of the highest quality, including blued screws and Glashütte ribbing on the bridges and skeleton rotor. The use of this calibre also allows the case thickness of both models around 7 mm.

Every watch sold will help save lives in the most vulnerable areas of the planet.

The dial is completed by blackened wire hands and the small seconds dial at 6 o'clock. Protecting the dial itself is an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The watches are completed by black straps in Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan. Water resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 5 atmospheres.
