2010 is an important date for the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale: it is 50 years since it was founded, half a century of spectacular performances that have made it into the hearts of all Italians.
Founded under the skilful leadership of Major Squarcina in the early 1960s, the 313th Frecce Tricolori Aerobatic Training Group represents the largest aerobatic formation in the world, with nine aircraft and a soloist: a prestigious team universally considered a true symbol of excellence.
To celebrate this special anniversary, next September the Frecce Tricolori will bring together a large group of aerobatic patrols from all over the world at their historical headquarters, the Rivolto (UD) airbase that has hosted them since their inception. Among others, the legendary British Red Arrows and the French, Spanish and Jordanian aerobatic formations. All together to celebrate the myth of the Frecce Tricolori, with a programme of performances that is unique in terms of articulation and spectacularity: a unique opportunity to witness the in-flight evolutions of the world's best pilots.
Memphis Belle, which has dedicated to P.A.N. an exclusive line of watches produced under official Air Force licence, invites its customers to this prestigious event, where it will be present to celebrate this exceptional anniversary together.
