The Roman leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour, the so-called Formula One of show jumping that hosted horses and riders from all over the world in the exceptional setting of the Circus Maximus, was held from 1 to 4 September.
Longines, Title Partner and Official Timekeeper of the equestrian event, celebrated with its brand manager Italy, Matteo Sovera, the victory of German Christian Kukuk riding Mumbai in the most awaited event of the weekend, the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Rome.
The official watch of the capital's event is the Longines DolceVita X YVY, created with Swiss designer Yvonne Reichmuth, founder of the YVY brand, who collaborated on a double brown leather strap, to be worn individually or combined with the watch, evoking the bridles and harnesses of horses. The rectangular steel case is set with two rows of diamonds; the movement is a quartz L178 calibre.
