The long-standing link between Longines and equestrian sports is now also reflected in a new model dedicated to show jumping: the Conquest Jumping, developed in collaboration with the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), the governing body of equestrian sports. Trainers, judges and expert spectators will henceforth be able to precisely measure riders' performances with an analogue wrist chronograph that also takes into account the numerous rules governing FEI show jumping competitions. For this purpose, a new calibre, L441, has been developed, which enables a show-jumping course to be timed with hundredth-of-a-second precision and to convert penalty points into time or to add the time penalties that are triggered once the maximum time limit has elapsed, according to the table (A or C) applied to the competition. The watch has a steel case with a diameter of 41 mm and a case back embellished with an engraving of a horse overcoming an obstacle.
