Introduced exactly one year ago, the fourth generation of Frederique Constant's Vitality Smartwatch connected watches is now enriched with four new men's models with distinctive dials. With a simple touch on the crown, the latter reveals a digital display on the underside, which allows the wearer to consult numerous pre-set information in the Frederique Constant Smartwatch app. The first two variants are characterised by a monochrome look, either all black or all grey, and feature a steel case coated with a PVD titanium treatment. The first, the all-black one, is completed by a black strap with a matching pin buckle and reveals an optional digital display with contrasting white characters on a black background for optimal legibility. The second, with its grey colouring, is more sensitive to light than its black alter ego: illuminated by a ray of sunlight, each applied index will stand out on the dial, while the polished hands will create a subtle colour play. Prices for both versions are €995. The other two Smartwatch Gents Vitality revisitations follow in the footsteps of their predecessors, the founding models of the line that embody Frederique Constant's core values: first-class finishing, traditional aesthetics and an attractive price positioning. The first features a rose gold-plated case in a warm colour scheme that matches a black dial: on it, the luminescent hands and beveled applied hour markers are also rose gold-plated to underline the sporty-chic aesthetic of this timepiece. The strap is in textured rubber, a trademark of all these new models except the latest version, the fourth, which was created for lovers of steel bracelets. Matching the case made of the same material, the bracelet consists of five articulated links alternating polished and satin-finished finishes. Among the new models, this is the only one with a folding clasp. Finally, this new Smartwatch Gents Vitality is distinguished by its chocolate-coloured soleil dial. These last two models are on sale for €1,195. The module integrated in these four models gives the user access to a host of useful information, including heart rate monitoring (at rest or during training), associated notifications in the event of an unusual heart rhythm, a smart alarm, and the 'Get-active Alert' notification to resume activity after long periods of inactivity, an exercise monitor (number of steps, calories burned, distance travelled), a dynamic coach (personalised advice to keep fit based on physical activity, sleep and set goals), or the 'Breathing excercise' function that includes a series of breathing exercises to reduce stress and regulate breathing. Also available are 'external' follow-up features such as weather, second time zone, automatic time and date synchronisation, and call and message notifications (including email, text, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, WeChat, Viber, Uber, KakaoTalk, Pinterest, Spotify). This rechargeable watch can offer up to eleven days of battery life depending on usage.
