Midnight Pont des Amoreux is born, the male declination of the Lady Arpels of the same name presented by Van Cleef & Arpels in 2010. The protagonists on the dial are the two lovers who walk along the Seine and approach the bridge that will see them reunited, one impersonating the hours and the other the minutes. As soon as midnight rings, they meet and exchange a kiss in the moonlight. The chiaroscuro effects of the Parisian night are realised using the grisaille enamel technique and miniature painting. The case is in white gold and the self-winding movement is equipped with a retrograde module and animation on demand developed exclusively for the brand.
