Jaeger-LeCoultre - Double-sided 'Proof of the Chef' with the Reverso

In the year of celebration of the Reverso's 80th anniversary, the House of Jaeger-leCoultre's celebrations continue under the banner of the legendary watch. In keeping with the theme of the Reverso's double face, the House has involved two internationally renowned chefs, who for the first time together have decided to create two exclusive evenings in the name of the Reverso: Filippo La Mantia and Davide Oldani. Two dinners were organised in their respective restaurants - Filippo La Mantia in Rome and D'O in Cornaredo - together with two Jaeger-LeCoultre dealers: Fattori in Rome and Pisa Orologeria in Milan. "It was an almost natural choice to think of celebrating this extraordinary year for us with Davide Oldani and Filippo La Mantia, because they are the two chefs who at this time best interpret their profession creatively, creating new culinary delicacies every day," said Claudio Angè, director of the brand, "just as Jaeger-leCoultre creates new watchmaking specialities every day at the Manufacture in Le Sentier. Oldani and La Mantia, reciprocal guests in each other's restaurants, on 11 July in Rome and 23 November in Cornaredo, become interpreters of the Jaeger-LeCoultre watchmaking icon by creating two alternative but complementary menus to celebrate the Reverso legend.
