On Tuesday 2 September, Jaeger-LeCoultre, sponsor of the Venice International Film Festival for almost a decade, organised the traditional gala dinner in the lagoon city, which was attended by numerous special guests and friends of the brand, including English actor and international ambassador of Jaeger-LeCoultre Clive Owen, the Maison's Italian ambassador, Cristiana Capotondi, Milla Jovovich, Scott Haze, Helena Bordon, Miguel Munoz, Zoudé Dennenesch, Ekaterina Mtsituridze and photographer Astrid Munoz accompanied by famous polo player Eduardo Novillo Astrada. Welcoming the guests was CEO Daniel Riedo, who announced the decision to finance the restoration of the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, the location of the evening, in order to preserve its heritage: "Jaeger-LeCoultre has always been sensitive to the protection of cultural heritage and the project to restore the Scuola Grande di San Rocco in Venice fully reflects the historical philosophy of our brand. In the enchanting atmosphere of this sumptuous building in the heart of Venice, built in the 16th century and made unique by the works of Tintoretto, guests had the opportunity to discover the Hybris Artistica collection, created by Jaeger-LeCoultre in the highest tradition of Haute Horlogerie and Métiers Rares.
