Jaeger-LeCoultre continues to offer models inspired by watches that have made the company's history, as in the case of the Memovox Deep Sea from the 1950s, which served as the inspiration for this new Deep Sea Vintage Chronograph, equipped with a 40.5 mm steel case. The very basic dial design is immediately reminiscent of that of its illustrious progenitor, also thanks to the Super-Luminova luminescent treatment of the orange-coloured hands and indices. The glass protecting the dial, in keeping with tradition, is Plexiglas and domed. The movement used, a mechanical self-winding movement, is the Manufacture 751G calibre (235 components, 37 jewels, 28,800 vibrations per hour, 65-hour power reserve), which incorporates the latest Jaeger-LeCoultre research achievements, such as the large variable-inertia balance and the ball bearings with ceramic balls, which do not require lubrication and ensure greater precision and longevity.
Equipped with a black calfskin strap reproducing that of its illustrious predecessor, the Deep Sea Vintage Chronograph is water-resistant to a pressure of 10 atmospheres.
