Aiming at maximum simplicity, the Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Tribute to 1931, a direct descendant of the original Reverso and the newest proposal Jaeger-LeCoultre for SIHH 2011. The latest model from the House of Le Sentier is very slim due to the reduced thickness of its movement, the hand-assembled and hand-decorated Calibre 822 (just 2.94 millimetres), with 134 components, 21 jewels, a balance oscillating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of 45 hours. The timepiece is offered with a case, in steel or 18-carat rose gold, larger than the previous versions but with a delicately contoured shape that makes it easy to adapt to the wrist. Its guilloché dial, available in silver-toned or black, features baton-shaped numerals and hour markers, blued sword-shaped hands; the strap is made of black alligator leather, fastened with a pin buckle.
