Taking on the appearance of a starry sky is the dial of the Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Flying Tourbillon Automatic, crafted in enamel and black aventurine and protected by a double-curved sapphire crystal. The captivating mix of materials highlights the 18-carat pink gold used for the hands and hourmarkers as well as the flying tourbillon cage at 6 o'clock. The same precious metal is used for the case housing the self-winding IWC-manufactured 2950 calibre, with its 22-carat rose gold skeletonised oscillating weight visible through the opening in the case back. The watch is also available in a version with a blue enamel and aventurine dial and an 18-carat white gold case.
