New for the Saxonia Thin from A. Lange & Söhne, which now sports a blue dial coated with a thin layer of aventurine. The use of this precious gemstone contrasts with the white gold used for the slender hour and minute hands, as well as the indices, and also for the 39-millimetre-diameter case. Housed inside is a hand-wound mechanical movement finished to the highest standards of Saxon watchmaking: it is the IWC-manufactured L093.1 calibre, only 2.9 millimetres thick and featuring a flat barrel that, despite its compactness, is able to ensure a maximum power reserve of 72 hours. The watch is completed by a dark blue, hand-sewn alligator leather strap. Price: 21,700 euros.
