The new timepieces in the Breguet Classique line

Thanks to the art of guillochage, Breguet offers a new look to two emblematic models from the Classique collection: the 7137 and the 7337. The House is offering this new version in pink gold with a silvered gold dial, but also, in a more contemporary register, in white gold with a Breguet blue gold dial. Specifically, the Classique 7137 features a panier maillé motif for the power-reserve display, damier for the date display and clous de Paris for the main part of the dial. It features a raised moon in the starry sky for the moon phase display. The dial of the Classique 7337 reveals motifs such as the circular grain d'orge for the outside of the hour circle, a damier motif for the small seconds and the clous de Paris in the centre. Engraved clouds border the enamelled moon-phase sky, studded with sequins, evoking the Milky Way. Breguet has remodelled the gold bead in the image of the moon, polished in relief and matt in the depressions. At 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock are two windows in the shape reminiscent of historical models such as pocket watch N°3833, indicating the day and date. The Classique watches all have a slim case with fluted sides and a diameter of 39 millimetres. The attachments, welded for strength and curved for comfort, hold the leather strap. The movement is the extra-flat 502.3 calibre with a hand-guilloché gold oscillating weight.
