Hublot has created three strictly limited editions of the Classic Fusion to celebrate its historic association with the Pisa 1940 watchmaking industry in Milan.
The historic partnership between Pisa 1940 and Hublot reaches a new milestone with the launch of the first special edition of Hublot Boutique Pisa 1940 watches, consisting of three strictly limited edition models. Previewed at Lvmh Watch Week last January, these exclusive new timepieces are a celebration of a bond that has been consolidated over the years.
This partnership culminated with the opening of the Hublot flagship boutique in the heart of Milan in February 2022, confirming Pisa 1940 as one of the main brand ambassadors in Italy.
The Classic Fusion Special Edition Boutique Pisa 1940 was created in collaboration with the renowned Vittorio Carena Studio, reinterpreting one of Hublot's iconic models with a tribute to Milanese architecture. In particular The dial, with its blue sunray background, captures the essence of the dome of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most important symbols of the city of Milan, combining the magnificence of architecture with the bold style of Hublot.
Hublot Boutique Pisa 1940 special editions: three models
There are three Classic Fusion dedicated to Pisa 1940, produced in strictly limited editions.
The 42 mm case is available in three variants, namely black ceramic (10 pieces), titanium (10 pieces) or 18-carat King Gold (5 pieces). All three are powered by the HUB1110 self-winding movement (28,800 vibrations per hour, Sellita-based), with 48 hours of power reserve. The minimalist design (compared to the 'standard' Classic Fusion models, these models are without the date window) respects the integrity of the architectural reference and reflects the brand's essential approach.
All three models are combined with a striped and integrated blue structured rubber strap with a personalised folding clasp. Alternating satin and polished finishes enhance the lines of the case, creating a play of light that enhances the geometry of the watch. The insert between the bezel and case middle is also in blue. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 5 atmospheres. The special editions of the Classic Fusion Boutique Pisa 1940 can be purchased exclusively at the Hublot boutique in Pisa 1940, located at number 7 Via Pietro Verri.
About these special editions, Chiara Pisa, Managing Director of Pisa 1940, said: 'We wanted to create a watch that fully reflected Hublot's DNA, but at the same time was consistent with our spirit and that of Milan. Clean, clear-cut forms and a discreet customisation: we chose to remove the date window in order to respect the integrity of the architectural reference on the one hand and to be consistent with the minimalism that characterises us on the other".
Prices10,500 euro (titanium); 12,500 euro (ceramic); 26,200 euro (King Gold).
