We had already anticipated this during our interview with Carlo Bartorelli, one of the owners of the company Bartorellipublished in L'OROLOGIO No. 163: on the occasion of the company's 125th anniversary, limited series of watches were produced by a number of major watch manufacturers. The German A. Lange & Söhne paid tribute to the event with the Grande Lange 1 in rose gold, a special numbered series of only 26 pieces. The model in question is offered to the public of enthusiasts with a grey and silver-plated solid silver dial; the caseback, personalised Bartorelli, engraved with the limited series number, is on view to allow one to admire the Lange L901.2 calibre mechanical movement with manual winding, 21,600 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of over 72 hours. The other prestigious Maison contributing to the company's celebrations is the IWCwith the Grande Orologio da Aviatore, a model in a limited edition of 50 pieces, with a titanium case, back personalised with the engraving 'Bartorelli 125th anniversary', mechanical movement with Pellaton automatic winding, 21,600 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of 168 hours. Finally, Audemars Piguet made a Royal Oak Diver in a limited series of 50 with a bronze bezel.
