The creations of Jorg Hysek, Valerie Ursenbacher and Fabrice Gonet impressed us with their technological and futuristic appearance. The three designers have created a kind of artistic symbiosis (after no less than fifteen years of working together) and give shape to exclusive complications in limited series and all accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Each of the three team members HD3 has created his own line of timepieces: Capture for Valerie, Idalgo for Jorg and Raptor and Vulcania for Fabrice. For the Vulcania model (photo 1), its designer was inspired by the astonishing machines born from the imagination of the French writer Jules Verne. The hours run on a wheel shown through a side porthole, at 9 o'clock, similar to those on the submarine Nautilus, while the minutes are indicated by a disc, at 12 o'clock, reminiscent of the old ships' telegraphs. At 11 o'clock is the 80-hour power reserve indicator, while at 6 o'clock rotates the bi-axial tourbillon cage. Made in only 11 pieces, in titanium or platinum, the sapphire crystal porthole on the back is engraved with a map of the mysterious island of Vulcania from which it takes its name. The result of the collaboration of all three designers, on the other hand, is the Three Minds model (photo 2), a model with an automatic movement characterised by a special display of hours, minutes and seconds through three rotating discs on the dial. It is available in various declinations: in black titanium (33 pieces for each of the three dial versions: with orange, green or yellow numerals); in titanium and white gold; in titanium and pink gold; in pink gold (the latter models are all limited to 333 pieces each).
