Breitling celebrates the prestigious rugby tournament, for which it is the official timekeeper, with two limited edition models for each participating national team.
Breitling strengthens its connection with the world of rugby by presenting a new limited edition collection dedicated to the Guinness Six Nations 2025. The new Chronomat Six Nations line includes two models for each of the six participating national teams, namely the GMT with a 40 mm case and, for the first time, a 32 mm model designed for women.
The collections consist of six models each, each dedicated to one of the participating national teams (France, Wales, England, Ireland, Italy and Scotland). The dial (protected by a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal) features a distinctive design, characterised by a texture that alternates between horizontal brushed and matt finishes, inspired by the stripes of the rugby pitch.
The Chronomat GMT Six Nations, limited to 250 pieces per team, features the name of the national team in the local language at 6 o'clock on the dial and offers a second time zone function thanks to the central hand that makes one revolution in 24 hours. Geometric hands and indexes are luminescent SuperLuminova and the second time zone indexes are located on the flange.
A Chronomat for women's rugby
Breitling Chronomat 32 Six Nations: elegance and sport come together in 75 pieces for each national team.
The big news for 2025 is the introduction of the Chronomat 32 dedicated to the Six Nations, produced in only 75 pieces for each national team. This model, designed to celebrate the growing relevance of women's rugby, features the indexes in yellow gold set with diamonds, which add elegance to the bright colours of the dials.
The Chronomat GMT 40 Six Nations is equipped with the Breitling calibre 32, which guarantees a 42-hour power reserve and is certified chronometer from the Cosc. The Chronomat 32 Six Nations, on the other hand, is fitted with the Breitling 77 SuperQuartz calibre, also Cosc. certified.
Both models are equipped with the Rouleaux steel bracelet and adopt the onion crown typical of the Chronomat. The screw-down case back is engraved with the logo of the national team to which the model is dedicated. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 10 atmospheres for the 32 mm model and up to 20 atmospheres for the GMT.
Breitling CEO Georges Kern said of these new models: "You can feel the energy of rugby's greatest championship and all six teams in the limited editions created by Breitling for this partnership. We are proud to be the official timekeeper of the Six Nations, supporting both men's and women's rugby, and to celebrate the bold spirit of a sport that reflects Breitling's mission."
