In this moment of Covid-19 emergency and the problems that follow, Faraone Casa d'Aste, in collaboration with L'Orafo Italiano, wants to give a concrete contribution to the Community of Sant'Egidio, active since the beginning of the epidemic in a series of initiatives in favour of the most fragile and exposed population groups. A charity auction of jewellery and timepieces will be held online, the proceeds of which will be entirely donated to the Community. To participate, simply register on the Faraone Casa d'Aste website available at this link. A total of 70 lots, with public values ranging from €100.00 to €2,000.00, donated by Italian companies including Buccellati, Damiani, Antonini and the French Les Georgettes by Altesse, can be purchased from today until 25 April. Each lot will be assigned an auction base, the starting value of which corresponds to 70% of the list price, and raises will be displayed in real time on the site. At the end of the event, the entire proceeds will be paid directly to the Community of Sant'Egidio. As soon as shipping is again possible in total security, the companies will send the jewel, complete with certificate of guarantee, to the buyer at their own expense.
