Following the success of the July auctions of the last ten years, the first of the winter sales organised by Artcurial will be held in the Principality of Monaco from 18 to 20 January 2016. The venue for the event will be the Yacht Club, a privileged location for some of the best-known yachting and international nautical events that traditionally take place in the Monegasque city. Auctioned by the French auction house will be luxury collectors' items: pieces of fine jewellery, watches and vintage Hermès bags. Among the watches for sale will be a Rolex Sea Dweller Double Rouge 'Mark IV' (estimated price: €22,000-25,000), a Cartier Tortue in 18-carat white gold and set with diamonds (estimated price: €25,000-35,000), an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 'Pink Gold' and a Blancpain Astronomique with a white gold bracelet. In the Principality of Monaco, Artcurial is strengthening its presence through the opening of a permanent Artcurial SAM (Société Anonyme Monégasque) office.
