Longines is celebrating its 180th anniversary and to mark the occasion is presenting a number of celebratory models, all in limited editions, bearing witness to its watchmaking mastery. These include The Longines Column-Wheel Single Push-Piece Chronograph 180th Anniversary Limited Edition, which evokes the brand's historic commitment to timekeeping and the world of sport. The watch, whose appearance is reminiscent of the first wrist chronograph produced by the Saint-Imier company in 1913, is equipped with the automatic column-wheel L788 calibre developed exclusively for Longines, which regulates the start, stop and reset functions of the chronograph via the single push-piece integrated in the crown. The red Arabic numeral at 12 o'clock on the dial is a direct reference to the original Agassiz dial version. Available in a pink gold case, the timepiece is a limited and numbered edition of 180.
