In the Grande Reverso Ultra Thin SQ, the starring role is played by the hand-wound mechanical movement, Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 849RSQ, entirely openworked and hand-decorated (128 components, 19 jewels, 21,600 vibrations per hour, 45-hour power reserve). The white gold dial (the same material used for the case) features a subtle arabesque engraving on its edge, combined with a translucent blue enamelling that echoes the traditional colour of the blued hands. Produced in a limited series of 50 pieces, the watch is on sale for 46,000 euros.
