Tudor presents the Pelagos Ultra, with a 43 mm grade 2 titanium case that is water-resistant to 1,000 metres and equipped with a helium escape valve.
At Watches and Wonders 2025, Tudor also presented the technically most high-performance Pelagos ever made, water-resistant to a depth of 1,000 metres (100 atmospheres). With a 43 mm case and bracelet made of grade 2 titanium (the screw-down case back is grade 5 titanium), the Pelagos Ultra is a professional diver incorporating state-of-the-art technical solutions. The helium escape valve located at 9 o'clock on the carrure, for example, an essential element for professional saturation diving, has been redesigned in a more compact and efficient version.
Readability in low light conditions is crucial for a professional diver's watch. The Pelagos Ultra adopts a dual-colour - green and blue - SuperLuminova luminescence system. which improves visibility under water. In particular, the minute hand and the reference marker on the bezel are luminescent green, making it easy to read the elapsed time.
The unidirectional rotating bezel itself is fitted with a black ceramic disc. The iconic Snowflake hands, a distinctive symbol of Tudor diver's watches since 1969, have been redesigned with increased dimensions. The geometric ceramic hour markers are also luminescent. At 3 o'clock is the date window.
The Pelagos Ultra is driven by the in-house calibre MT5612-U (28,800 vibrations per hour), certified as a Master Chronometer by Metas. This self-winding mechanical movement uses a silicon balance spring (therefore antimagnetic) and guarantees an autonomy of 65 hours. The MT5612-U calibre is also chronometer-certified by the Cosc.
Tudor Pelagos Ultra: new patented system for adjusting the titanium bracelet
The watch comes with an additional black rubber strap with a pin buckle and extension.
The satin-finished titanium bracelet is equipped with an innovative patented system for quick length adjustment. An exclusive feature of the Pelagos Ultra is the visual indicator light on the clip, which makes it easy to distinguish how the bracelet is adjusted even in poor visibility conditions.
A black rubber strap with titanium pin buckle and extension is included, which allows it to be extended by up to 110 millimetres.
The Pelagos Ultra thus enters the prestigious tradition of Tudor diver's watches, which began in 1954 with the reference 7922. Since then, these instrument-watches have won over professionals and some of the world's leading navies, thanks to their robustness, reliability and precision. Finally, Tudor's new Pelagos Ultra comes with a transferable five-year warranty, which does not require registration or mandatory revisions.
