Since 2007 MITO Settembre Musica Festival has been an appointment of great music in theatres, auditoriums, churches, courtyards and squares of Turin and Milan.
Also supporting the event A. Lange & Söhne which wants to reaffirm its closeness to the world of musical culture. Today, in fact, on its inaugural evening in Milan, the House is exhibiting some of its most outstanding creations at Palazzo Marino. Guests at the dinner after the concert will be able to admire: the Lange 1 with its revolutionary double counter feature on the dial, the Datograph the chronograph considered by experts to be the most beautiful movement in the world, the Lange 31 with its exclusive 31-day power reserve feature, and the Richard Lange "Pour le Mérite" with its innovative "spindle and chain" transmission system for the highest precision in time measurement.
The sophisticated atmosphere will also be complemented by the presence of one of A.Lange & Sohne's master inlayers, who will perform the decoration of a 'balance bridge'.
In addition to the mayors Letizia Moratti and Diego Chiamparino, the most illustrious personalities from the Italian political, financial and entertainment worlds attended the opening concert.
It is worth mentioning that A. Lange & Söhne's involvement in the world of art and culture also includes sponsoring the Salzburg Whitsun Festival until 2011 and the 'Opera Competition', the international opera singing competition in Dresden. In addition, A. Lange & Söhne collaborates with the important auction house Sotheby's.
