Garmin presents the new Instinct 3 collection, designed for outdoor enthusiasts and available with Amoled or MIP display.
Available in two sizes, 45 or 50 mm, the case of the new Instinct 3 by Garmin is made of fibre-reinforced polymers, combined with an aluminium and fibre-reinforced polymer bezel fixed with 4 screws. As far as the display is concerned, two variants are proposed, namely Amoled display or monochrome MIP (Memory In Pixel). Reasonable the battery life, which is 24 days for models with Amoled displays and unlimited for those with MIP displays, the latter with solar charging. In the latter case, Garmin emphasises that the watch must be used outdoors for at least three hours a day, in light conditions of 50,000 lux, in order to ensure inexhaustible autonomy.

The watch is also equipped with an integrated torch, equipped with white or red light, and offering different levels of intensity when ambient or artificial light is lacking.
Garmin Instinct 3: improved battery
In the solar-charged MIP display version, the battery life is practically unlimited if you use the watch on a daily basis.
As mentioned above, the Garmin Instinct 3 with MIP display, thanks to the use of Power glass, is able to store energy through light. The version with the 50 mm case, in particular, has been further enhanced, providing five times longer battery life in GPS mode than the Instinct 2 model. Software functions are also intended to make the battery perform better. Multi GNSS satellite reception, in SatIQ mode, allows you to rely on optimal satellite accuracy at all times, thanks to the automatic selection of the most suitable satellite constellations for your environment, thus avoiding unnecessary waste of energy.
Garmin Instinct 3 has internal sensors and applications for continuous monitoring of physical parameters, perfect for those who want to have feedback on their fitness status at all times. In particular, this smartwatch is equipped with integrated cardio sensor, sleep quality monitoring, Pulse Ox sensor2 for blood oxygenation analysis and much more, including the Morning Report, physical parameters on post-workout recovery and readiness for planned training.
