Locman presented a watch made in collaboration with fashion designer Gabriele Pasini.
The art of tailoring meets the world of watchmaking. Gabriele Pasini, an established fashion designer, launched an absolute premiere in Florence, during Pitti Uomo, of his new watch made in collaboration with Locman. An exclusive and strictly Made in Italy project, which stems from a decades-long friendship, the one between the designer and the Mantovani family, but also from the meeting of two historic and familiar companies: Locman precisely, and Lubiam, which has been producing and distributing Pasini's sartorial collections since 2021.
Elegant and contemporary design, The watch, in total black with silver-coloured details, a flat steel case and quartz movement, is distinguished by its clean and essential lines. The simplicity of its design makes it perfectly suited to any occasion. Pasini customised both the dial and the packaging.
The presentation was also an opportunity to talk about the Locman Decimo Canto collection, the result of a collaboration between Sandro Fratini, one of the world's most important watch collectors, and Marco Mantovani, President of Locman. The watches, which are also completely Made in Italy, have a titanium or 18-carat gold case with a three-flap design reminiscent of the three canticles of the Divine Comedy and the dial in five different materials: white or black mother-of-pearl, malachite, tiger's eye and turquoise with applied diamonds.
