Breguet: the new Marines
in precious version

Breguet is presenting four new Marines, two chronographs and two timepieces (the latter with a 33.8 mm case), all enriched by the presence of precious stones.

Breguet Marine

Breguet expands the Marine line with the addition of four new models, two in a time-only version with a steel case and two in a chronograph version with a gold (white or pink) case. In all cases, of note is the presence of precious stones, namely diamonds, brilliant cut or baguette. In time-only models (Ref. 9528), the stones make their appearance on the dial in place of 8 indexes and on the bezel, where 50 diamonds, all brilliant-cut, are set.

The dial is available in sun blue or silver, It sports Breguet's famous gold and luminescent 'pomme évidée' hands, luminescent Roman numeral hour markers at the quarters (in addition to the aforementioned diamonds) and a date window at 6 o'clock. Note, then, the counterweight of the seconds hand, which is a reference to maritime signals: it takes the form of the letter 'B', which stands for 'Bravo' in navigation codes.

The 33.8 mm steel case has the classic cannelé pattern along the sides, and the fluted crown is protected by wave-shaped shoulders. The calibre used, manufactured and visible from the back, is the 591A (28,800 vibrations per hour, 38-hour power reserve, silicon escapement), mechanical automatic. The steel bracelet has a triple folding clasp and water resistance is guaranteed up to 5 atmospheres.
