Longines starts the New Year with the launch of two new references in the Master collection, equipped with GMT function and with an 18-carat rose or yellow gold case, 40 mm in diameter.
The silver-toned dial with givré workmanship houses leaf-shaped hands and Roman numeral hour markers. On the flange, there is a 24-hour display for the second time zone, indicated by a black central hand. The date window opens at 6 o'clock.
The watch is driven by the Longines calibre L844.5 (ETA-based, 11 ½ lignes diameter, 21 jewels, 25,200 vib/h, power reserve up to 72 hours), mechanical with automatic winding and silicon balance spring. The calibre itself is visible through the sapphire crystal case back and features côtes de Genève on the rotor and circular-graining on the bridges.
The crystal protecting the dial is also sapphire crystal and has undergone an anti-reflective treatment. Completing the watch is a grey alligator strap with tone-on-tone stitching and soft-touch finish, combined with an 18-carat pink or yellow gold pin buckle, depending on the precious material of the case. Water resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 3 atmospheres.
