Three years after the success of its first launch, Hamilton's Khaki Field Murph returns but in a smaller version than the big screen icon.
The watch had in fact first appeared in 2014 on the wrist of the star of the film Interstellar, Murphy 'Murph' Cooper, played by Jessica Chastain. The new version measures 38 mm in diameter as opposed to the previous 42, as clamoured for by the brand's fans.
Otherwise, it remains faithful to its predecessor with which it shares a steel case, a black dial with optimal legibility thanks to the beige SuperLuminova on the hands, a black leather strap with contrasting stitching and an H-10 automatic movement with an 80-hour power reserve, visible through the case back.
The dial is protected by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating and water resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 10 atmospheres.
