Congratulations to the Norwegian champion, Alksel Lund Svindal, Ambassador for Elegance Longineswho won the 2008/9 Alpine Ski World Cup last weekend during the finals in Aare (Sweden). This was an important milestone for this champion, who only a year after his terrible fall in Beaver Creek managed to conquer the highest podium of the Ski World Cup for the second time. Svindal had already won the coveted Cup in 2007.
