On Tuesday 14 December, the inauguration took place of the preview of the exhibition 'Brillanti nel tempo', conceived by Gioielleria Colombo and curated by Tramite - an integrated communication agency. The exhibition project, which will be itinerant and will touch upon various locations of excellence in 2022, aims to celebrate female genius by retracing the lives of 10 women who have changed and are changing history. Whether in art, science, fashion, culture or society, the women narrated in the project have made fundamental changes for progress. "The exhibition tells stories from almost a century ago and more recent stories, it tells the journey of young girls who, thanks to their achievements, have become icons of their time, of our time. Each story tells not only of the successes achieved, but also of the personal problems, the everyday life situations that inevitably influenced the protagonists in their choices. A complete story, a portrait that tries to give an overall view of the extraordinary contribution these women have made to our world,' says Dario Colombo, owner of the Casatenovo-based company. The project idea also took on an important philanthropic value: Gioielleria Colombo donated to the White Matilda association of Desio, committed since 2010 to the battle against gender-based violence, several copies of the monograph "Brillanti nel tempo", produced for the occasion and inside which the characteristics of each woman are represented through a piece of jewellery.
