Inspired by the graphics, colours and historical comic strips of the famous superhero, the Batman Heritage capsule collection born from the collaboration between Fossil, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and DC. The set includes a watch with a 42 mm case in matt black steel, which is also available in a gold ion plated version of which only one hundred are available worldwide. Both sport a bracelet inspired by the utility belt, four interchangeable straps made of recycled PET and Velcro in honour of the much-loved Gotham City hero, and an electroluminescent dial with a button that reveals the backlit Batman symbol. The two sets are sold in a box inspired by historical comic books and priced at €269 (black edition) and €299 (gold ion plated edition). The assortment of Batman Heritage leather items also includes a limited edition backpack, designed on the silhouette of Fossil's bestseller Houston and made of embossed leather with a motif taken from vintage comics and Batman blue details such as the stripe and striped pulls. It can be paired with the bifold wallet with matching embossed leather and inlaid Batman graphics and the passport holder with the vintage Batman symbol. Further personalisation of the backpack is provided by the silicone character key ring and the box with three collector's pins. The backpack will be on sale for €399, while the small leather accessories, the key ring and the set of pins range in price from €39 to €69.
