With the Challenge Chrono Sprint Limited Edition, Custos celebrates the introduction for the first time in Formula 1 of the Sprint Qualifying Race, an experimental race during which drivers must push at full speed, regardless of tyre management and pit stops. With its curved, elongated case and rubber strap, this chronograph is equipped with an innovative mono-counter at 12 o'clock that measures the average speed of each driver during the race, while at 6 o'clock, in a vertical position, is an in-line day-date indicator. It is powered by the automatic CVS556 SPRT calibre, with 28,800 vibrations per hour and a 54-hour power reserve. It is guaranteed water-resistant to a depth of 100 metres and has a screw-down crown and push-buttons. The Challenge Chrono is available in two different versions: one is more classic, with a grade 5 titanium case and red details, the other with a black PVD-coated case and blue details. Both are limited editions of only 30 pieces each and available from October at a price of CHF 23,500 (excluding tax).
