MB&F, affordable but not too affordable

The news spread like wildfire through social media, from a collector's post announcing the arrival of an MB&F watch priced at just 1,900 Swiss francs (excluding VAT). The former at a decidedly affordable price for a brand that normally produces watches costing more than 50,000 euros. The reality, however, is that the watch in question is unfortunately not for sale but is available, as a kind of thank you for years of shared passion, exclusively to the brand's partners and members of the 'Maximilian Büsser & Friends' tribe. A big disappointment for fans in general because the model in question is really beautiful, in typical MB&F extravagant and creative style. It is called M.A.D. 1 and winks at other famous creations of the brand, starting with the inverted movement (a Miyota 821A calibre to keep costs affordable) and the hours and minutes display on the case middle. The triple-bladed rotating winding rotor, made of titanium and tungsten, which towers above the movement, features a strip of SuperLuminova on each blade. All encased in a steel case with a light grey leather strap.
Apparently, the brand has been bombarded with requests. The hope is that perhaps it will later decide to sell it as well and thus open up to a whole new segment of the public.
