Frederique Constant launches the new Classics Index Automatic

One of the new additions to the Frederique Constant Classics Index Automatic collection is the adoption of solid-colour matt dials (instead of guilloché dials), available in blue, white or black, on which are applied, bevelled and luminescent coated indices, combined with Alpha hands that are also luminescent. Widely recognised as one of the "beacon materials" of watchmaking, steel dresses the 40 mm cases of four models, to which is added a fifth rose gold-plated model with blued hands. All the models in the collection are powered by the FC-303 automatic calibre (26 jewels, 28,800 vibrations per hour), which guarantees a 38-hour power reserve, and are fitted with a leather strap with a brown, black or blue nubuck finish. Only one model is an exception, with a blue dial, which comes with a steel bracelet. The crystal protecting the dial is domed sapphire and water resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 5 atmospheres. Thanks to a very attractive price positioning, these creations represent the most affordable entry point to Frederique Constant's mechanical watchmaking with Swiss Made automatic movements. Prices: from 895 to 1,095 euros.
