Omega Seamaster Diver 300M America's Cup Chronograph

The new Seamaster Diver 300M America's Cup Chronograph uses a 44 mm steel case, guaranteed water-resistant to 30 atmospheres. The unidirectional rotating bezel, with a blue ceramic ring graduated with white enamel, surrounds a dial that is also blue and made of ceramic, which houses luminescent hands and indices, a date window at 6 o'clock and two additional counters, at 3 and 9 o'clock. The counter at 3 o'clock houses the chrono minutes and hours, the latter displayed in a window at the bottom. This counter can be used to count down the last 10 minutes before the start of a regatta, thanks to the scale on the red and white anodised aluminium ring.

The supplementary counter at 9 o'clock, on the other hand, houses the small seconds. The red anodised aluminium chrono minute hand and rhodium-plated small seconds hand are inspired by the shape of a hull. The chrono seconds, on the other hand, are indicated in the centre by a red wire hand with an America's Cup-shaped counterweight. The crystal protecting the dial is anti-reflective sapphire. The screw-down case back is also fitted with a sapphire crystal, which opens to view the Omega 9900 calibre (Master Chronometer certified by METAS, resistant to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss, column wheel, silicon balance spring), a self-winding mechanical movement with a 60-hour power reserve. In addition, the watch is equipped with Omega's exclusive Chrono Lock system, which protects the chronograph functions by ensuring that the measured time can be locked. The caseback with a honeycomb design bears engravings filled with blue lacquer, a tribute to the 36th America's Cup and Auckland 2021. Finally, the watch is combined with a steel bracelet and a second rubber strap, both equipped with Omega's new patented Quick Change system. Price: 10,300 euros.
