Changing of the guard for Rosas 1945, one of the sector's most dynamic businesses. As of 1 March next, Marco Rosas will take over from his father Fabio as sole director and legal representative of the Nuoro-based company, which also includes the Casa Rosas concept store. "This choice," explains Fabio Rosas, "is intended to reward the commitment and creativity of Marco, who has already been active in running the business for many years, and translates into the need for new energy that will enable us to face future challenges with a broader mindset and approach. "I thank my father from the bottom of my heart," Marco replies, "and I extend my thanks to my mother Piera and my wife Arjola, as well as to my son Fabio Jr, to whom I will dedicate all my efforts and aspirations. To celebrate the new appointment, the shop in Via Lamarmora 145, Nuoro, will present the Alpine Eagle collection by Chopard, the brand that Rosas took over last May. "For the entire month of March," continues Fabio Rosas, "we will be hosting the Alpine Eagle in the chronograph and three-sphere versions. Customers who come to congratulate Marco will have the opportunity to admire the Maison's refined style up close, to try his models on their wrists and to receive a special gift". The theme of generational turnover has aroused the interest of Milan's Bocconi University and the University of Sassari, which will explore the topic in depth on Thursday, 18 February at 6 p.m. in a conference on Teams entitled 'Generational turnover in family businesses for economic recovery', which will be attended by professors, journalists and professionals. The conference will be broadcast live on the Fb pages of Rosas 1945 and Casa Rosas.
