The spectacular and daring Reno Air Races, held in the Nevada desert since 1964, were cancelled this year due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. However Oris, a long-standing partner of the event, has decided to continue the tradition by presenting a watch produced in a limited edition of 1,000 pieces in support of the world's fastest motor sport. So here is the Oris 57th Reno Air Races Limited Edition, a 41 mm steel case version with grey PVD coating of the Big Crown ProPilot with second time zone and date display in the centre of the dial. A domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial and water resistance is guaranteed up to a pressure of 10 atmospheres. The watch is animated by a self-winding mechanical movement with a 42-hour power reserve. Price: €2,550.
