A new Omega boutique opens its doors in Biel/Bienne and marks the final stage of a major development. In the 278-square-metre space, all of the company's watches, jewellery and accessories are on display. Along with the wide selection of products, there is also the advantage of comprehensive customer service at your fingertips. A short distance away, customers have the opportunity to visit the new museum, a luminous space on the "La Cité du Temps" campus that tells the story of the watch brand through films, displays and interactive experiences. Omega's President and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann describes the new retail space as "a boutique for a truly international clientele" and expresses pride in its role within the Cité du Temps. "Visitors to Biel, with the opening of this new boutique, can enjoy the full Omega experience. They can see where the timepieces are produced, explore our history and treat themselves to an Omega watch, all in one place." Along with the new boutique and museum, the site in Biel is also home to the brand's eco-friendly manufacturing facility, where all watches are produced and tested.
