MB&F HM10 Bulldog: personality to spare

MB&F presents the Horological Machine N°10 Bulldog, its new creation with a compact, rounded case in titanium or red gold, two prominent 'eyes' in blue or black for displaying the time, two separate crowns located towards the back of the case, reminiscent of a collar studded with protrusions and allowing the mainspring to be wound or the time to be set, sturdy but flexible 'paws' connecting the watch to the calfskin strap allowing the case to fit snugly around the wrist, a movement and manual winding conceived and developed in-house, with a balance oscillating at 2.5 Hz (18.000 A/h). And huge jaws that open and close depending on the energy remaining in the mainspring: if the mouth is completely closed, it means the Bulldog is unloaded; if, on the other hand, the shining teeth are clearly visible, it means it is full of life, charged with 45 hours of mainspring energy. This enormous power reserve display has been carefully designed and calibrated to consume as little energy as possible, thus enabling the HM10 Bulldog to devote the impressive force of its mainspring exclusively to the suspended balance and the rotating hour and minute domes.
