2018 is a very important year for Jaeger-LeCoultre, which celebrates 185 years of the Manufacture and 50 years since the birth of the iconic Memovox Polaris watch. To celebrate the new Polaris collection, the House organised an exclusive dinner party in Milan on 22 May at the Garage Ventuno space on Via Archimede. The evening began with a special poetic introduction by theatre actor Loris Fabiani, in the role of Carroll's White Rabbit, who warns that forever sometimes only lasts a second. This is followed by a musical performance by Matteo Ceccarini and his band. Stefano Accorsi, a friend of the Maison, then took the stage with a poetic tribute dedicated to Time and its value. Many guests took part, including actress Cristiana Capotondi, Marta Flavi with Riccardo Signoretti, Roberta Giarrusso and her husband Riccardo Di Pasquale.
The new Polaris collection includes an automatic model with three hands, a chronograph, a chronograph with 24 time zone display and two vintage-look models: the Polaris Date and the Polaris Memovox.
