The annual calendar makes its debut in Blancpain's Fifty Fathoms collection. The collection's typical canons remain unchanged: robustness, excellent water-resistance (30 atmospheres) and legibility. The meteor grey dial houses the three windows on the right-hand side for displaying the day (at 2 o'clock), date (at 3 o'clock) and month (at 4 o'clock) and is surrounded by a unidirectional rotating bezel with a black ceramic ring and Liquidmetal hour markers. The Fifty Fathoms Quantième Annuel thus recognises the duration of months of 30 or 31 days and requires manual correction only at the end of February. The movement used, mechanical with automatic winding, is Calibre 6054.P (362 components, 34 jewels, 72-hour power reserve), developed from Blancpain Calibre 1150. The satin-finished steel case has a diameter of 43 mm.
